By enrolling in the Hebrew & Bible Academy (Academy) you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
I agree to participate as a student and NOT teach any of the Academy lessons, I agree NOT to copy/forward, sell for purchase or handout any Academy video lessons, PDF Materials, lesson links or passwords, nor loan or give these lesson’s to anyone for any reason without the prior written consent of the GOCC Presiding Overseer, Elder Rawchaa (Richard Sheppard), nor can I upload the video links to ANY social media websites such as Ustream/YouTube/Vimeo/Facebook/Amazon, Twitter etc. or any other streaming venue, live or recorded. I understand that failure to cooperate will lead to my expulsion from class and possible legal actions. I also understand that it is also strictly forbidden to share emails or materials with other Students or view these lessons in a class, church or group setting.
I agree NOT to advertising events or my personal or professional business in the chat. I understand for my protection NOT to share my personal info with others or in the chat and to do so will be at my own risk.
1. Academy Copyright Protected:
I understand that per my agreement to enroll in the Academy that this is a ONE PERSON enrollment and All the Academy materials and videos are Copyright Protected and for my EXCLUSIVE USE ONLY.
The Hebrew & Bible Academy material and videos including without limitation the text, photos, sounds, music, videos and interactive features and the trademarks, service marks and logos contained therein (“Hebrew & Bible Academy Content”), are owned by Hebrew & Bible Academy in perpetuity, and are subject to copyright, trademark, and/or patent protection in the United States and foreign countries, and other intellectual property rights under United States and foreign laws.
Hebrew & Bible Academy Content is provided to you for your information and personal, non-commercial use ONLY and may not be downloaded, copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, displayed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any purposes whatsoever without the express prior written consent of GOCC Presiding Overseer, Elder Rawchaa (Richard Sheppard).
I agree that I am NOT allowed to post or upload any of these lessons to my personal Vimeo Account or any other platform I may use – and I understand this to be direct violation of the Academy service.
No right or license under any copyright, trademark, patent, or other proprietary right or license is granted by these Terms of Use. Hebrew & Bible Academy reserves all rights not expressly granted in and to the Hebrew & Bible Academy Content and these Terms of Use do not transfer ownership of any of these rights.
This agreement also allows us to notify you via email of future academies and GOCC Calendars and event updates. I understand that I can opt out of these emails at anytime by clicking unsubscribe at the bottom of these emails and the Academy will cease from sending communications.
2. Notification of Violation:
Failure to adhere to any of these rules will result in the IMMEDIATE ban from the Academy and all future academies and possible legal actions.
3. Amendments:
We reserve the exclusive right to change our policy at any time and to expect adherence to the changed policy. Areas not specifically covered by this policy shall be determined by the Presiding Overseer Elder Rawchaa.
4. Video Recordings:
All video recordings will now be available to VIEW online with 24/7 access, for 30-days to allow ample time for studying and to watch the lessons (downloads will no longer be available as DVD’s for purchase have replaced this option).
